vk8ap Terms & Conditions

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all services on the vk8ap platform, including:

• Betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events
• Live casino games and slot machines
• Financial transactions — deposits and withdrawals
• Claiming bonuses and promotional offers
• Customer support services

1.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, that part will be considered void, but the remaining parts of the Terms will remain fully in effect. Our silence or failure to enforce any term shall not be considered a waiver of that term.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements for Registration

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a voluntary participant and have the mental and financial capacity to gamble.
• You are solely responsible for complying with your local laws.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must confirm that you are operating the account in your own name and for your own benefit.

2.2 One Person, One Account Policy

If a single person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses along with any pending winnings may be forfeited. Multiple accounts opened from the same household or the same IP address will be investigated.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify vk8ap customer support immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3.1 Verification Requirements

We may request documents to confirm your identity in any of the following situations:

• At the time of your first withdrawal request
• Before processing large transactions
• When unusual activity is detected on an account
• As part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy

3.2 Acceptable Documents

The following documents are accepted for identity verification:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid passport
• Birth registration certificate (for proof of age)
• Active bank statement or mobile banking records

4.3 General Transaction Rules

• All transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Funds deposited into the account must be used — you cannot leave money idle simply to grow a balance.
• We may suspend or reject any transaction if money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Depositing or withdrawing using third-party payment methods is prohibited. Only payment methods registered in the account holder's own name may be used.
• vk8ap does not charge any additional fees on transactions, however your payment provider's own charges may apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn. vk8ap's wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period; unused bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Using an account or placing bets in a deliberate pattern for the purpose of earning bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• vk8ap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus offers cannot be combined with other bonus offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to earn bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure and forfeiture of the bonus.

6.1 Bet Validity

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless the specific event is cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds or amount due to a technical error, vk8ap reserves the right to void it.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
• If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games are operated through registered game software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game's own rules apply.

6.3 Betting Limits

vk8ap may set betting limits for any account. If an unusual betting pattern is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for review.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting minors to gamble.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses and promotions.
• Attempting unauthorized access, hacking, or manipulation of the platform's software or systems.
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Depositing or withdrawing using third-party payment methods.
• Collusion with other members or coordinating bets in a planned manner.
• Exploiting platform errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage — any such errors must be reported to the support team immediately.

8.1 Data Collection & Use

Your name, contact information, payment details, and activity history are collected for the purposes of providing services, verifying accounts, and ensuring security. Information is shared with third parties only under legal obligations or with game providers for the purpose of delivering services.

9.1 Service Availability

vk8ap strives to ensure the highest level of service availability, however temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors. vk8ap will not be held liable for any losses caused by such disruptions.

9.2 Game Outcomes

Gambling carries inherent financial risk. The possibility of losing money rests entirely with you. vk8ap is not responsible for the outcome of any bet or game. Only play with money that you can afford to lose without financial hardship.

9.3 Third-Party Software

Game software is supplied by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, etc.). The respective provider's own terms and conditions will apply to any technical issues with these games.

10.1 Account Closure by vk8ap

vk8ap may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• If there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
• If it is proven that the account was opened using incorrect or false information.
• In the case of prolonged inactivity on the account (a relevant notice will be issued).

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any pending bets will be settled and any eligible balance will be returned before the account is closed.

10.3 Inactive Account Policy

Accounts that have not been used for an extended period may be marked as inactive. In such cases, prior warning will be given via the registered email or other contact method.

12.1 Right to Make Changes

vk8ap reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be given advance notice of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered as your consent to accept the new terms and conditions.

12.3 Applicable Law
